American Funding Services is a direct funder of business capital. We provide business owners with the opportunity to inquire about and apply for business funding. We are not a broker. Any funding is subject to our review, underwriting, and approval, and to the terms of a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site is a commitment or guarantee to provide funding on any particular terms, amount, or timeline.

3. Funding Inquiries and Applications
When you submit a funding inquiry or application, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation on our part to provide funding and does not guarantee approval. Funding amounts, rates, fees, and timelines vary and depend on your business profile, our underwriting, and other factors, and are set out only in a separate written agreement if funding is approved.
4. Consent to Communications
By submitting your information through the Site, you agree that American Funding Services and its authorized representatives may contact you at the telephone number, email address, and other contact information you provide — including by phone call, text/SMS message, and email — for purposes related to your inquiry and our services. You understand these communications may be made using automated technology, and that consent is not a condition of any purchase or funding. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us at the address below. You may reply STOP to text messages to opt out of SMS.
